Return Eligibility
Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalised products
- Items damaged through misuse
- Products excluded for hygiene reasons
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@olivedublin.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
